Zack Howard, Managing Partner
Mr. Howard has been in the financial industry servicing small and medium size entrepreneurs (SME’s) for 14 years, including 12 years with the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC). His steady advancement in roles from account manager to senior sales role of, Assistant Vice President of Business Development was a result of his hard work and dedication to building relationships with many of the provinces most successful and influential business people. He brings a vast network and industry knowledge from commercial real estate, residential land development, fishery, hospitality, retail, general contracting, etc. to Four Ports Capital Inc. Throughout his career he has originated and help underwrite over $350 Million in commercial lending. He is a 2003 B. Comm. (co-op) graduate of Memorial University of Newfoundland with a concentration in Finance. Zack has served as past treasurer and vice-president of the Newfoundland and Labrador Amateur Bodybuilding Association (NLABBA). Zack is passionate about finance and is eager to chat about all things finance and economics. Zack resides in St. Philips, NL with three beautiful women; his wife and two daughters.
Peter Allen, Independent Financing, Insurance and Investment Broker
Peter has extensive financing experience having worked in the Financial Services industry for the past thirty plus years. He has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of Personal Banking, Private Wealth Management, Commercial and Corporate Banking financing. His client-oriented approach and hard work has allowed him to build an extensive network of clients and contacts throughout Atlantic Canada. In the past, he has volunteered with a number of charities and served on the executives of a number of business groups. Peter is well versed in business and always willing to share his knowledge. Originally from Corner Brook, NL he currently resides in Halifax, NS with his wife.

Tina-Brophy Tracey, Operations Manager
Originally from Fermeuse on Newfoundland’s Southern Shore, Tina began working with the TriNav Group of Companies in September of 1995 as a receptionist. Since that time, she has progressed within the company, holding several key roles and is now the TriNav Group Operations Manager. Always passionate about her work, Tina is a graduate of the College of the North Atlantic, specializing in Human Resources and Accounting.
Kaitlin Hayward, Accounting Assistant
Kaitlin Hayward moved to St. John’s from the small town of St. Vincent’s, St. Mary’s Bay in 2013. From there she studied the Office Administration-Executive program at the College of the North Atlantic. Kaitlin has been in the Office Administration field concentrating on bookkeeping for more than four years.
Jessica Laing, Receptionist
Jessica Laing has a diploma in Hospitality Tourism Management and Office Administration and has been in the hospitality industry for more than five years. Having achieved many goals throughout her years as a front desk agent, she has developed a passion for providing top quality customer service along with excellent office support. Originally from Carbonear, NL, she provides key administrative support for Four Ports Capital Inc.
